Goal Ready for any TLF. Catalog (CVRM, Safety, disposition) or paste an unknown shell — known stats fill, Fine-Gray stays a gap. Photo-to-Program is not modified.

CVRM TLF Studio — how to squeeze it

Dummy shell → confirm spine → synthetic ADaM → independent oracle. SAS and R are transcriptions of that spine, never the source of the numbers.

Fastest first run

  1. Leave MACE 14.2.1.1 selected.
  2. Use this dummy shell → Confirm spine → Run oracle. Cells start as xx.
  3. Check: events + censored = N; HR is finite; KM figure 14.2.1.2 HR inset matches the table.
  4. Have a real dummy TLF? Switch to Real shell, paste or upload — it is saved as Last shell. No file? Fill the box with the teaching dummy, then Read.
  5. Load ARM example → Apply mapping. {{TRTP}} becomes ARM. Unmatched tokens stay visible.
  6. Download pack — .sas, .r, and the ADaM CSVs including adae.csv.

Six stages

  1. Catalog — pick endpoint + TLF. CVRM + Safety + disposition, 13 endpoints / 30 outputs. Unknown paste still runs.
  2. Shell — dummy first (teaching xx cells). Real paste/upload if you have a dummy TLF. Last shell if you already uploaded one. Unknown stats become gaps.
  3. Confirm — never run the oracle on an unconfirmed extraction.
  4. Run — seeded synthetic ADaM (N=300, seed 20260912). TypeScript oracle fills cells.
  5. Programs — SAS/R with {{TOKEN}} placeholders. SAS is not executed here.
  6. Rebind — paste mapping JSON / proc contents. Matching aliases replace tokens.

What are you feeding the tool?

A shell is titles + row labels + empty xx cells. Start with the teaching dummy so you see the loop. Have a real dummy TLF? Use it. If not, reload the last one you uploaded.
