Decisions are validated server-side against the SDTM IG v4 pack and the dataset's
real header before they are stored. Errors block the save; warnings do not —
several SDTM rules are conventions, and a departure with a reason is legitimate.
Nothing here is proof of correctness: only an executed run graded against an oracle
establishes that.
